We’re currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a savvy customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results and responsibility for the revenue in their own portfolio. Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience by improving customer workflows, and handle customer complaints and requests.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and manage client portfolios.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and Cheqroom.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints when escalated.
  • Minimize customer churn.
  • Aid in product design and product development.

  • Have experience in a SaaS environment.
