Cerhum specializes in the manufacture and 3D printing of customized bone grafts for maxillofacial and dental surgery. Our mission is to offer innovative, customized solutions to meet the specific needs of patients and healthcare professionals. We use the latest 3D printing technologies and work closely with surgeons and researchers to develop high-quality bone grafts.

Cerhum is located within the PIMW, the Materials Engineering Cluster of Wallonia, in a green setting at Sart-Tilman, Liège, Belgium.

Proposed internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our development team and take part in a project to optimize the design of 3D shapes to improve our 3D-printed bone grafts. The intern will work closely with our engineers and 3D software suppliers.

Main responsibilities :

- Get to grips with 3D design tools.

- Assist in the preparation of customized bone grafts using our 3D printing technologies.

- Document and report on various tests and results.

- Verify files generated in 3D printing.

- Participate in the development of design procedures.

Skills required:

- Student in engineering, computer science, design or related field.

- Affinity for 3D design (CAD) or modeling software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of good clinical and laboratory practice.

- Curiosity.

Internship conditions :

- Duration: minimum 2 months

- Flexible working hours
