Digital Marketing Coordinator

Would you like to participate in our plans?

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play an essential role within the marketing department of Mazda Motor Belux. Together with the Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Mazda websites in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will translate and localize internationally developed content in collaboration with Mazda Motor Europe and also develop new content based on our specific needs.

You will also manage the content on all Mazda Motor Belux social media platforms. You supplement internationally developed content with specific local content for Belgium and Luxembourg. To this end, you will work closely with agencies and Mazda Motor Europe to create visually appealing and relevant content, strengthening Mazda’s online presence. In addition, you are responsible for the daily interaction with our online community.

Finally, your tasks will also include analyzing website traffic and user behavior to improve the effectiveness of the content and campaigns. You provide a detailed KPI dashboard, in which you track the performance of various digital marketing campaigns on the various channels and report to management.

Your challenge

You will develop and implement an online strategy to facilitate online conversion and visibility.

  • Monitoring the performance of the Belux websites and coordinating the reporting of the website KPIs.
  • Based on analysis of KPIs, proactively make improvements to the existing content to improve performance and conversions.

You are responsible for implementing new content and maintaining the current pages on our websites to always provide the latest information and support marketing campaigns.

  • You will coordinate the internal departments but also Mazda Motor Europe to translate and localize the new content.
  • Developing, writing, editing and posting specific web pages.

You are responsible for the development of the KPI reporting for the websites

  • Monitoring the KPIs for our websites via Google Analytics 4.
  • Monitor the performance of specific pages (using tools such as hotjar) and recommend improvements to the Marketing & Communications Manager.

You are the gatekeeper forwww.mazda.be& www.mazda.lu to keep this website up-to-date.

  • Proactively collect content for the website.
  • Developing and posting the content.
  • Develop content for local pages such as Mazda stories, promo pages, fleet pages, financial offers... and liaise with third parties to create content for the websites.
  • Maintaining contacts with MME and the agencies.

You will manage the content on all social media platforms for Mazda in Belgium and Luxembourg

  • Follow-up on its own social media channels in collaboration with the agency.
  • Localizing, planning and following up on content on various owned social media channels based on international assets in combination with local campaigns.
  • You are responsible for community management and coordination between the agency and the various departments within Mazda. Propose and optimize if necessary.
  • Monitoring the KPIs for our social media channels, providing the MMB management with a strong KPI report in order to make recommendations together with the Marketing & Communications Manager to further improve our social media presence.

Your strengths

· You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar.

· You are eager to learn and are especially aware of the latest trends.

· You can work on projects independently – you like to coordinate.

· You are familiar with tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google Analytics 4, CMS for managing websites such as Episerver, ticketing systems such as Jira and also tools for managing social media channels such as Emplify.

· You have a basic understanding of HTML.

· Working with deadlines gives you extra energy.

· You are creative and solution-oriented.

· You have an innate passion for marketing and for cars.

· You are social and like to work in a team.

· You have analytical insight.

· You are strong in your shoes.

· You are someone who is accurate and flexible.

· You can express yourself fluently in both national languages Dutch and French. English is also no problem.

· Experience in the automotive sector is also a plus.
