We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our team!

Role

  • Assist in all areas of marketing lead generation, content strategy, and marketing support
  • Manage various marketing campaigns and develop new initiatives

Activities & responsibilities

  • Create and launch campaigns and initiatives for generating website traffic and acquire inbound leads
  • Evaluate and optimise marketing strategies
  • Create content such as blogs, white papers, videos to support inbound lead generation initiatives, product communication and custom success
  • Improve existing website to align it with the current evolution of idloom
  • Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to grow website traffic and marketing-qualified leads
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • · Organize idloom’s presence at high-potential B2B events to generate business opportunities
  • Increase brand awareness and market share
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand

Qualifications

  • English and French speaker with full professional proficiency (both written and spoken) – all marketing strategies and contents will be developed in English.
  • Graduated from a Marketing School or 1-2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing
  • Good knowledge of Hubspot or a similar tool
  • Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Organised, able to prioritise between initiatives and different projects (80-20 rule)
  • Creative, you think outside the box and see things from a different perspective, challenge the status quo and suggest improvements
  • Analytical, your conclusions come from numerical analyses, you try to understand and challenge the logic behind the numbers
  • Curious, you love reading, watching tutorials, acquiring new knowledge, and meeting peers to learn from them
  • Excellent presentation skills.
