Your journey with us

We’re looking for mid-weight and senior specialists who can, working alongside both our clients and other disciplines, deliver top tier Marketing technology projects from design and configuration through to integration and testing.

• You are an expert in the Digital Marketing domain and have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions, Adobe Marketing Platform and/or other relevant marketing technology platforms
• You are responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Lead on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands
• Take the lead on projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients
• Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
• Collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions.
• Support the MaC team in RFP and proposal responses

• Experience in implementing, running or scaling marketing technology (either as a motivated business and technology consultant or as member of marketing operations)
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and/or the Adobe Marketing Platform
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager)
• Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
• Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• MarTech certifications for Salesforce and/or Adobe are a bonus
