As Digital Performance Manager, you analyse the effectiveness of our websites and other digital campaigns, tools and initiatives. Based on your analysis, you advise colleagues about what works and what doesn’t, and you give ideas for adjustments and new opportunities. In this way, you help to generate extra leads and sales.

  • You collect data from various digital sources (website, SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, Content Square, etc.).
  • You analyse the available data and investigate whether the design, customer journey, etc. on our websites have an impact on visitor behaviour.
  • On the basis of analyses, you draw conclusions and make recommendations for optimisations and/or minor adjustments to achieve better results.
  • You summarise your analyses, conclusions and recommendations in reports and presentations and present them to colleagues, the management committee or to the Inchcape group.
  • You build standard reports for further follow-up or for colleagues to test optimisations themselves.
  • You maintain and improve the tools in which you work.
  • You are thé point of contact for everything concerning digital performance reporting.
  • You report to the Head of Customer Experience.
  • You have min. 5 years of work experience.
  • You are strong in analysis and drawing conclusions.
  • You have experience in Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, etc.
  • Knowledge of Content Square is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulations regarding data protection and accessibility (cookie policy, GDPR, etc.)
  • You are fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You work in a structured and accurate way and are able to keep an overview.
  • You have good presentation skills.
  • You work independently and have the will to achieve results and always optimise.
  • You are French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language. You also have a good knowledge of English.
