Jobinhalt

You provide the necessary documents (CMR) at the departure of the Feeder runs
You can communicate smoothly with the fellow hub dispatchers of the neighboring countries
Efficient follow-up of planned departure and arrival times of all daily Feeder runs, direct feeds and Feeder pick-ups
Entry of data into a network system (HFCS -TFCS)
Implementation of a contingency plan in the event of a technical defect, a traffic delay or absenteeism of UPS drivers
You are responsible, together with your colleagues, for the smooth running of the operations
You provide administrative support to the Feeder department
You provide end of shift report once you finish your shift

You have a very good and detailed geographical knowledge of Belgium and neighboring countries
Experience as a driver is a plus, as well as knowledge of local traffic regulations and the various UPS procedures
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
You have the necessary PC knowledge (MS office), the ease of comprehending and using of other programs and experience in the use of communication equipment
You are a team player with a sense of initiative
You are a stress resistant person with a focus on planning and organization
