For one of our clients in the real estate sector, we are actively looking for a Document Control Specialist.

In this role, you will manage the daily flow of incoming documents, and organize and structure the information to make it available to the users by:
  • Scanning all paper documents entering the organization: contracts, invoices, paper mail, ...
  • Physically dispatching paper mail to the appropriate department
  • Indexing and electronically allocating the documents to the relevant department
You regularly archive documents that must be kept for legal reasons; documents coming mainly from the business and accounting departments by :
  • Checking the contents of the boxes provided by the relevant departments to identify which documents must be legally retained, and which can be destroyed
  • Sending the boxes to the external archiving provider
  • Improving document management in Sharepoint software to facilitate access to information for employees and to ensure the proper retention and security of documents by scanning, filing and organizing information to keep the database up to date

Profile

  • You have a good level of FR/NL/EN;
  • You have a good knowledge of document management systems;
  • You are organised and structured.
