Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections to ensure the quality of installations meets required standards.
Manage snagging processes during scheduled walkdowns and observations.
Review installations to facilitate snag-free client walkdowns.
Oversee the "First of a Kind" process and ensure successful sign-off.
Maintain and manage documentation, including construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.
Act as the QA owner for assigned turnover scopes, overseeing them from construction completion through testing, inspection, and final handover.
Participate in the Quality Surveillance Programme.
Compile comprehensive turnover packs.
