Here at Hologic, we are looking for a diligent, highly organised and analytical minded individual to join our organisation. We would like them to contribute daily to the overall strategy of creating and implementing best EMEA practices on data analysis vision, policies, processes and procedures to aid and reduce costs operational performance required to support our growth and development within Logisitics. The required individual will be responsible for collection and analysis of the EMEA figures related to transportation, warehouse, and Services Logistics, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. The successful applicant will play a key role in analysing and optimizing performance and cost in the Hologic EMEA Logistics function, which will enable right decisions around cost effectiveness, efficiency, timely and high-quality logistics solutions.

Within this role you will work closely with the Head of Logistics EMEA and other stakeholders in the organization and external supplier so communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
