All about the role

As a Junior Customer Support Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our clients and restaurant partners across France. That means answering questions and requests, reporting any incidents and helping to find the right solutions.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, you will also:

  • Consult with our clients (primarily restaurants) about our services via phone, email and social media
  • Keep track of incomplete orders, calling the restaurants if orders don’t reach them automatically
  • Answering questions and managing complaints regarding payments, merchandise, reviews, technical issues and many more topics
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company: hardware support, sales,...
Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Relevant work experience in customer support and/or in a contact centre
  • Able to stay calm in stressful situations and remain friendly & solution-oriented
  • Available to work in shifts & on some weekends and public holidays (10:30 - 1AM)
  • A high level of empathy & good listening and communication skills
  • Willing to commute into the office when necessary, even for late shifts
  • Excellent French (written & spoken) and intermediate-level English
