Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Ethics & Compliance Insights Operations Partner who is agile, analytical and a proactive problem solverto join our Ethics & Compliance Insights team, based in our headquarterin Brussels, Belgium.About The RoleAs the Ethics & Compliance Insights Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in conducting centralized monitoring and analytics activities. Your insights will inform on Ethics & Compliance risks and support business decision-making.Who You’ll Work WithYou will collaborate with a talented team of Ethics & Compliance professionals, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact our company’s commitment to ethical practices.What You’ll Do
  • Conduct centralized monitoring & analytics according to yearly defined plans.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for decentralized monitoring activities in collaboration with local E&C representatives.
  • Collect & process E&C related data, generate data analytics to issue dashboards and insights to inform on E&C risks and associated business decision making.
  • Support transparency disclosure reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate on defining of E&C data analytics methodologies/plans and the implementation of associated tools and technologies.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
  • 5+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, metrics reporting, and tools like Qlik.
  • Knowledge of global healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Understanding of business integrity topics, including transparency/disclosure obligations and compliance monitoring
  • Experience in conducting monitoring activities.
  • Project management expertise, including project leadership.
