Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services.

In 2023, Aerospacelab counts offices in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), Bordeaux (France) and Lausanne (Switzerland) with more than 200 full-time employees, with the ambition to position itself as the European leader in small satellites.

To strengthen our team, we are creating the position of :

EXPERIENCED HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Duties :

In our fast growing organization, you join the HR team (5 people) to strengthen our level of service towards the company.

You will become a trusted person for employees & management on topics such as payroll, compensation & benefit, HR admin, etc …

You manage , in collaboration with the HR Payroll Officer, the day-to-day Hard HR topics within the company.

Thanks to your experience & expertise, you position yourself as a real coach / advisor for the team & company on Hard HR & social law topics, making sure the company always follows the best and more efficient trends on the market.

Key Activities :

You will actively contribute to different HR projects, mainly Hard HR oriented :

  • Lead & support payroll & admin activities for Belgium, France & Switzerland,
  • Compensation & Benefits improvements (bonus’, CCT 90, warrants, etc…)
  • Social elections (be part of the process),
  • Review of internal documents (offers, working contracts, règlement de travail, etc…)
  • Regular collaborations with Finance, Legal.

Must have :

  • Background in HR or Law or equivalent by experience,
  • At least 5 years experience in Hard HR (payroll, compensation & benefits, ..) in an industrial environment or payroll provider,
  • Excellent knowledge of social legislation,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Assertive & well organized,
  • Autonomous and always looking for solutions / improvements,
  • Easily manage complexity,
  • Able to easily develop working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
