As an Expert supply chain and logistics you will be part of our Supply chain and logistics processes and projects team. Together, you will be on a mission to implement evolving digitalisation, IT and automation technologies to lift our supply chain and logistics processes to the next level.
  • You will be reponsible for the design and implementation of future processes within the various supply chain and logistics areas of BASF Antwerp. Hereby introducing new tools and digitalisation technologies.
  • You will analyze the current Supply chain and logistics processes.
  • You will make proposals for the future and ensure the re-engeneering of the existing processes. In this respect you explore and apply IT and automation possibilities (Indusry 4.0) to take operational excellence to the next level.
  • You will take care of project realisations (from conceptual design, to guidance, to completion) of these path forwards in collaboration with stakeholders.
Profiel kandidaat
  • Master’s degree (commercial engineer / civil engineer / TEW).
  • Proven work experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in business process management.
  • Result-oriented, strong analytical, conceptual and project management skills.
  • Well-developed social and teamwork skills. In addition you feel comfortable with change management and taking ownership.
  • You have insight or knowledge of IT technology. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch.
