Main accountabilities:

The Facility Coordinator is dedicated to assure the most efficient maintenance to optimize the reliability of the installations at optimal cost and under satisfactory

conditions of quality, safety and protection of the environment.



1. Give professional advise and provide technical expertise in order to assure maximum quality and durability of the installations

2. Strive for innovation in the domain of hard services

3. Judge and manage diverse technical risks to provide maximum safety, quality and business continuity

4. Keep track of and improve the allocation of the maintenance budget

5. Develop and update maintenance instructions and procedures

6. Improve preventive maintenance plans in order to change the mindset from curative to preventive maintenance

7. Secure that Health, Safety and Environment policies and regulation are respected in performing the job


Competencies:

  • Good general knowledge of electrical installations
  • Extensive knowledge of operational (planning, …) processes in view of technical maintenance
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic of QMS requirements to achieve ISO9001, ISO13485

Education:

  • Technical or Bachelor degree in Electricity/Electromechanics
