As a Business Controller, your responsibilities include :

• Active involvement in monitoring the performance of a Business Unit and advising the operational management
• Critical thinking with the Business Unit management and initiate / support decisions
• Preparation of management reporting and production of ad-hoc analyses
• Review financial information and key financial ratios, conduct cause analyses and propose possible correction measures
• Active participation in the forecasting process
• Ownership in investments projects & feasibility analyses for the Business Unit
• Contribution in building / transforming the current analytical structure

Your Profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in Finance
• You have between 3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial or Business Controlling
• You are fluent inFrench, Dutch and English
• You have excellent analytical & quantitative skills, which allows you to manage the big picture and details simultaneously & accurately
• A result driven mindset : drive & energy to perform and deliver excellent results
• You have a continuous improvement mindset
• You have great communication skills
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace is a must – Experience in SAP/BI tools is an asset
