You coordinate and supervise the activities of the Talent Acquisition team in line with the HR strategy. You achieve this thanks to a uniform and effective total talent acquisition policy.
You are responsible for internal job mobility and external recruitment of permanent and contingent staffing.
You identify and implement potential improvements and new approaches.
You lead a team of 6 FTEs in this area and report to the HR Director Belgium.

You have multiple years of experience in talent acquisition management (incl. employer branding) and in managing a team.
You have experience with managing and optimizing budgets.
You have solid analytical, communication and organizational skills.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
