ORGANIZATION

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will be at the heart of driving HR initiatives and providing guidance to both management and employees. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of the organization’s people strategy with business goals.


  • Provide daily HR support and advice to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Facilitate key talent management processes, such as performance management, development plans, and succession planning.
  • Strengthen employee relationships and foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Enhance team dynamics and contribute to improving overall organizational performance.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects designed to drive organizational growth and improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have substantial experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • You are hands-on and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • You are solution-oriented, able to tackle complex challenges with a practical and effective approach.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.
