You are responsible for the HR management of around 450 people, both blue and white collars.
You supervise and coach a team of 4 people.
Together with the HR team, you ensure the hiring, development, performance, rewarding, engagement and wellbeing of the people.
As a partner for the business, you counsel (line) managers, and you engage them to apply the HR policy in their units.
You identify and implement potential HR improvements and new approaches
You maintain the social relations with the unions and you participate in the CPPT as an expert.
You participate in the Management Committee.

You have a relevant background in a general HR Manager position, within the production sector. Experience in the food industry is a big plus.
You possess strong people management and communication skills.
You are experienced in social relations.
You are good at bringing structure.
You are fluent in Dutch.
