About Our ClientThis mission is for one of our industrial clients located in Wallonia and including some travelling abroad (up to 20% max).Job DescriptionIn the context of this mission, you will work hand in hand with another Project Manager, and with the whole HR team, having various stakeholders in other countries.You will work around HCM Systems, together with the HRIS team, globally.



  • Definition of the milestones
  • Coordination of the global program
  • Analysis
  • Planning
  • Resource allocation
  • Workforce Management
  • Communication with stakeholders
  • Implementation of the different HCM modules
  • Tools and methods
  • Processes and policies
  • Act as change agent
  • ...
The Successful ApplicantExperience in :



  • Project management (min 10years)
  • Manufacturing environments
  • Global corporates
  • HR reporting
  • HR Applications implementation
  • Workforce management (including Core Data management, Payroll, …)
and also :



  • Used to Self-service systems
  • Able to co-create
  • Fluent in English (is a MUST)
  • Immediately available at least 4days/week
  • Operational working experience over Belgium (is a MUST)
