About Our Client

Our client is based in Evere, Brussels.

Job Description

Supervise and manage Belgian payroll and administration processes with SDworx.
Ensure quality control of payroll output provided by external service providers.
Oversee compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Act as a key liaison between suppliers, internal teams, external authorities, and employees.
Lead or contribute to HR projects focused on system improvements, compliance, and customer support tools.

The Successful Applicant

Strong expertise in Belgian payroll, working time regulations, and employment administration.
Experience with SDworx and Eblox.
Experience managing employee insurance benefits, including health and pension plans.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
Digital mindset with a passion for process improvement and GDPR compliance.
