You understand the talent needs for the future to be able to execute talent strategies, both for sourcing and recruitment needs.
You support, advise, and work closely with the European HR team.
You assess processes and procedures and improve or adapt ways of working.
You participate in projects such as employer branding, communication, candidate journey, strategic workforce, D&I, market & hiring trends, etc.
You are responsible for the recruitment of some high profiles.
You lead the Talent Acquisition team.

You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition and development of strategies.
You have experience as a people manager.
You have experience in a similar mission in a changing & growing environment and where you improved the talent acquisition, preferably in the life sciences industry.
You have experience in improving processes, procedures, and tools within TA.
You are fluent in English.
