Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Agent at 1898 The Post. The Front Office Agent will be responsible for receptionist duties, check-in, and front office tasks. They will provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about the establishment. The Front Office Agent will also handle communication, both in person and over the phone, to ensure smooth operations.
