• no school leavers or too limited experience
• no profiles that are too senior, the content of the assignment may be too light for that
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment is a must.
Within the customer we will make the further transition from waterfall to agile in the coming period.
Attracting consultants with that experience will facilitate the transition.
