Main Purpose

Napoleon Games is embarking on an exciting new 3-year strategy. This strategy will:

• Build upon our leading Casino market share, well-recognized & highly trusted brand, and strong customer focus.
• We’re seeking to deliver step change improvements in our digital marketing, customer journey, multichannel capabilities, while further extending our Online Casinos strengths.
• Our target is to grow the business by at least 15% per year, leading to doubling the business in the next 4 years.
• To help fast-track our Casino growth ambition we have created a dedicated, agile Casino P&L team. We are now looking for a sharp, ambitious, and analytically savvy person to join a new, team with a lot of responsibility.
  
  

To successfully deliver against this strategy, we are looking for a Gaming Campaign Analyst.This is a key role in our organisation, reporting to the Head of Gaming. You will be responsible, together with the gaming campaign & content team for shaping the future growth of the business and operationalizing the business strategy by designing & managing the marketing campaigns for the trading moments, identifying potential opportunities, assisting with user journey planning, and keeping a close eye on engagement towards our players.

Your Responsibilities

Although there is a degree of freedom in shaping your role together with your manager, as a Gaming Campaign Analyst, you can expect to be responsible for:

• Plan & manage engaging gaming campaigns to keep up with the trading moment.
• Responsible for the gaming initiatives & calendar management.
• Keep track of the performance of the entire gaming eco system. Setting up and optimize simulations and analyses to follow closely the impact of a campaign.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver performing multichannel & cross-sell activities.
• Execute customers analysis and translate the insights to actions on gaming experience excellence.
• Work closely with the content team to analyze content quality based on user experience and provide valuable input for content strategy.
• Work with product team to monitor & design seamless user journey to continuously enhance the gaming performance.
• Identify the opportunities and drive projects to achieve gaming business success.
• Coordinate with gaming suppliers for strategic marketing cooperation.
• Support the team on ad-hoc projects when needed.
  
  

Your Winning Profile

• Preferably you have a degree in Master of Business Administration, Business Economics, Digital Marketing, Communication Science, or equal by experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Business acumen: Able to understand and navigate a business P&L, as well as deriving insights, trends, and business implications from it. Experience around the financial drivers of an online business is a plus.
• E-commerce & Marketing professionals or having the passion to become one: you understand the ways of marketing solution SEO and are able to distinguish good from bad copy. You have a good understanding of email marketing, digital marketing, and marketing automation, and you base your actions on the understanding of customer considerations to use our Online Casino products.
• Being analytically savvy: Able to analyse complex data sets and derive useful insights from it.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Analytics, knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Tableau is a plus
• Result-driven: being able to understand the underlying business drivers and adjust your actions and output based on these drivers
• Ability to adjust in a fast-paced environment, where respect and inclusivity are valued.
• You learn from your mistakes, and you are prepared to receive and give honest and candid feedback
• You are an entrepreneur with a flawless sense of humor
• Autonomous, resourcefulness, can-do attitude and attention to detail are all important characteristics to make you successful in this role.
• Good communication skills in English both written and oral. Knowledge of Dutch and French is a strong plus.
