Our client, a SME active in the refrigeration/HVAC sector based in Liège, is looking for a Freelance General Manager for a period of minimum 12 months.

Key responsibilities as Freelance General Manager will include:

  • You ensure the full performance of the company
  • You guide the teams, make them grow towards more autonomy and create an atmosphere of trust, dialogue, proactiveness and enthusiasm.
  • You liaise with high potential clients to develop and discuss new potential projects, and you define the best operational strategy for the group.
  • You have full P&L responsibility.
  • You ensure the pricing and profitability is well guarded.
  • Develop and implement the development strategy with the support of the Board of Directors
  • Build close relationships with clients and foster their loyalty.
  • Strengthen and develop the skills of the team members.

The key qualifications required for the role of Freelance General Manager:

  • You have solid experience as General Manager or BU director in the Refrigeration or HVAC sector
  • You are able to take on a role in a mid-size company and develop it towards continuous profitable growth
  • You are a strong federator, realistic in your objectives, open to your teams and you have a positive attitude and ambition.
  • You are an excellent communicator and strong people manager.
  • You speak French and English fluently.
