Job Description

Base is looking for a Go-to-Market manager for the Acquisition/ Customer Base Management team. He/ she will be responsible to develop successful campaigns to attract new customers / keep existing customers. In that role the GTM manager should take ownership over the process of Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning and plays a central role between Sales & Care, Product Management, MarCom and a large number of other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities As a Go-to-Market Manager

you develop a Go-to-market strategy including budget / marketing plan with objectives and timeline.

you get to shape and monitor the commercial ’story’ around new propositions and builds up and directs a plan to bring them to the market.

you will develop new promotions in order to attract new customers or motivate up- or cross-sell with existing customers.

you are able to set and follow up the commercial budget: set realistic yet challenging targets and follow up accordingly.

you get the chance to initiate, follow up and adapt commercial activities in the context of the KPIs that were set out in the go-to-market roadmap, with a focus on "getting the ball rolling".

as a SPOC for channels and various internal stakeholders you will coordinate marketing plans

you incorporate the balance between customer value, business value and brand positioning in your way of working, and constantly monitors developments in the market with competitors while anticipating/ adapting own strategy for this.

has5 to 10y experience in a similar role and and combines creative marketing skills and the more analytical “business skills”.

has knowledge / affinity with the telcoand the Walloon market is a big asset but not a must

A good storyteller: has strong communication and persuasion skills.

Has experience in project management (planning & time management) and problem solving skills

has experience with integrated (digital) marketing campaignsand with monitoring, analyzing, and defining business KPIs.
