Your Mission

As a Group Capex & Project Buyer, you are a key contributor in the team of Finance and Procurement, to achieve the company objectives of sustainable and profitable growth and to implement the procurement vision.

Your Responsibilities

  • You manage Capex & Project purchasing, maximizing procurement contribution to the company objective of sustainable and profitable growth.
  • You are the point of contact for all Equipment suppliers.
  • You deploy cost-saving initiatives at the plant and group level, being a solid business partner to all stakeholders.
  • You lead global RFQs.
  • You cooperate with the Innovation department & other relevant departments in selecting new suppliers, developing new technologies, and creating creative contracts, ensuring competitive advantage to the company.
  • You cooperate with the Innovation department & other relevant departments in the standardization of Group Capex specifications.
  • You implement and monitor procurement processes and tools.
  • You support major Capex projects by taking the work package ownership.
  • You develop and maintain Procurement KPI’s and track cost-saving activities.

Your Profile

  • You have a university degree (Bachelor / Master)
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience as a Buyer in an industrial or FMCG environment
  • You have professional communication & negotiation skills.
  • You have a qualitative, analytical, and structured working style.
  • You have experience in diverse stakeholder management.
  • You show financial acumen by interpreting & applying key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
  • You are able to take necessary initiatives & are result-driven.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English in verbal and written form. German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
