The Group Finance team is all about making the numbers work. We manage everything from budgets to balance sheets, keeping a close eye on how the company is performing financially. We make sure every euro is well spent, and we give the leadership team the insights they need to make smart, data-driven decisions. What you’ll be doing

As the Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager, you will report directly to the Group Finance Director and collaborate closely with country finance managers, directors, and the Group Finance team.

In this hands-on, change-driven role, you will:

• Group Consolidation & Reporting: Lead IFRS consolidation for ~130 entities during monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Ensure accurate and timely internal and external reporting, including disclosures.
• HFM Administration: Serve as the functional lead for HFM, overseeing its maintenance, metadata, and development in collaboration with internal & external partners.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure IFRS compliance, manage complex transactions, and strengthen internal controls related to consolidation processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with senior management, country finance teams, and external auditors to deliver actionable insights and high-quality financial statements.
• Process Improvements: Drive projects to enhance consolidation systems, processes, and operational efficiency. Provide training and ensure best practices across the organization.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years relevant experience, including consolidation responsibilities. Consulting/corporate exposure is a plus.
• Master’s degree with an accounting, financial or economic focus; a postgraduate degree (RA, ACCA, CPA) is a bonus.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in HFM and experience with IFRS, cash flow reporting and consolidation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to act as a sparring partnerwith senior management across different countries.
• A ‘can do’ attitude, with a hands-on approach and eagerness to lead change.
• Languages: Proficient in Dutch and English.
