At Salmön+Salmön, we are looking for a Growth Manager that is a bit of a rebel and also loves to swim upstream. Join our small, international team and take on challenges in a hands-on manner. Grow our agency and our customers with your strategic mind, problem-solving attitude and positive mindset.

This role is hybrid (remote/Brussels).

Depending on what you love to do and your skills, you will:

  • Be the single point of contact for several customers;
  • Coordinate and lead the in-house digital team and team of freelancers;
  • Create and follow up on project plans;
  • Oversee all digital marketing activities;
  • Optimize business processes;
  • Write creative content optimized for the web;
  • Work on data analysis and reporting;
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure success;
  • Experiment with Growth hacking techniques;
  • Collaborate with your team to set up omnichannel approaches, customer journeys and go-to-market strategies.

Our perfect candidate:

  • Wants to be one of the key players of an exciting start-up story;
  • Has a bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, communications, management or a related field
  • Is fluent in English, Dutch and German or French – any other language is an asset;
  • Has 5-10 years of experience in the field;
  • Has an analytical mindset;
  • Takes initiative and is not afraid to be him/herself;
  • Has a go-getter, entrepreneurial mentality.
