You are a strong personality with very good knowledge of the end to end aspects of electronic payments. You have affinities with sales to enable business development. You are pragmatic, strong, assertive and result oriented. You like innovation and are keen to evaluate potential improvements of products and services. You are in charge to align the business requirements relating to terminals, acquiring, e-commerce acceptance together with the sales team of Benelux, and to defend them towards the product organization. You are also in charge of aligning the operating models with the customer services department to ensure best efficient way of serving our customers, and excellence.

You manage a team of 4 to 5 experts who are representing each their domain of expertise (terminals, acquiring, e-commerce, services).

You are fully part of the management committee of Benelux, where you propose all evolutions and requirements for decisions in team.
