Product strategy

• Set up the strategy for existing and future online platforms and websites
• Increase the income of the website and develop the offer of online experiences and products
• Monitor operation aspects of all online projects and products
• Increase traffic through the website through various actions: campaigns, actions, content, etc.
• Innovate and always improve services whilst remaining on top of market trends and competitor practises to identify opportunities and develop state-of-the-art products for our clients
• Manage websites and ensure optimal services through regular updates, constant feedback, click rate optimisation, curated content…

Online coverage

• Work with communication and content team to develop efficient campaigns and stay in touch with and expand your customer base
• Oversee all communication with players and guarantee through and appropriate follow-up when needed (e.g., through communication or customer care)
• Optimise and watch over bonus ratio, promotional events and actions in order to remain an effective reactivation and retention tool
• Identify personas and targets group on the basis of your reporting and actions
• Collaborate and challenge external partners and agencies on specific projects

Team management

• Meet regularly with your team members
• Coordinate online actions and campaigns with your teams, business stakeholders and IT technical profiles
• Motivate and supervise your team members through close follow-up, one-to-one sessions and through daily collaboration
• Provide regular evaluation in order to assess efficiency and suggest potential solutions (trainings, targets, etc.)
• Grow your team by communicating clearly your needs both material and in terms of staffing in consultation with the direction

Who are you

You are first and foremost an operational expert who has been in charge of online platforms and websites. For instance, you might have worked on e-commerce platforms in the retail sector and oversee their growth, their operational running and manage projects to improve results, innovate and guarantee a qualitative experience. Being creative is part of the solution, but we need someone pragmatic who knows how to run such platforms.

Digital marketing, online platforms and related tools have no secret for you. No need to be an expert in every single one of them but you understand what they are enough to grasp how they all fit within online products and strategies and how to discuss them and challenge experts. We need a digital native with business acumen and expertise in operational management.

In terms of mindset, results and collaboration are key for you. We always need results to move forward and continue to grow and innovate. Some of your talents

• Background in sales, (online) marketing or management linked to new technologies with minim 5 years of relevant experience
• Digital native with expertise in online platforms and a good grasp of KPIs for an online business
• People manager able to lead and motivate a team
• Experience and/or knowledge of tools related to digital marketing
• Results-oriented, pragmatic and resistant to stress
• Organised, flexible, proactive and innovative
• Speaking English is a must. Knowledge for French or Dutch would be an asset
