In This Function Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

  • Developing trainings and teaching our employees in H&S topics;
  • Taking charge in incident investigation and analysis;
  • Coordinating the technical risk assessments where you are responsible for the applied methodology, the training and the support of the departments;
  • Manage the cooperation with contractors on site from a H&S perspective;
  • Giving (hands-on) advice when going on the work floor, but also in various design phases of (engineering)projects;
  • Taking the lead over a motivated group of internal security.

JOUW TALENTEN

  • Motivating and sensitizing people to work SAFE and having an impact in this matter is your highest priority!
  • You hold a (technical) master degree or have experience related to an industrial manufacturing environment, combined with a level 1 prevention Advisor certificate;
  • You certified as a strategic manager of a security service or you are willing to achieve this;
  • You have the ability to transfer knowledge by teaching our employees about H&S topics;
  • In this managers role it is necessary that you can deal/connect with a diverse group and have strong social skills.
