Our client, a first ranking manufacturing company with its European HQ in Belgium is currently looking for a self-employed interim HR Business Partner for a period of 3 to 6 months.

The Interim HR Business Partner’s main responsibilities will include :

  • Overall HR support to Management: counselling regarding people issues, individual compensation and job grade review, performance management review (facilitate/drive process), end to end recruitment incl. contract negotiation, internal mobility (incl. International), on boarding , contract’s termination, support to social relations in HQ
  • Design and implementation of an IT Academy aiming at attracting talents and provide them a fast skills development track through projects and training
  • Take the lead on the deployment of a Lean and Agile transformation program (with the support of an external consultant)

The key qualifications required for this interim management job:

The ideal candidate has a strong general HR background with a proven experience and track record in soft HR matters. The candidate must have a working experience in large international groups based on matrix organizations. The candidate should have outspoken leadership and communication skills. The candidate should be critical thinking, forward-looking and solution oriented. French and English are the 2 main languages.
