In this role you will be contributing to the implementation of new ideas, methods, and technologies to better meet the ever-evolving requirements of the HR team and the overall workforce.

Your mission is to continuously seek for more efficient, forward-looking ways of working in collaboration with the subject matter experts in each HR domain.

Your impact:

As HR Excellence & Innovation Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:

  • playing an important consulting role in understanding and determining the needs of our HR department and broader business teams

  • translating these needs into technical requirements and implementing them in a timely and efficient manner

  • staying updated on the latest relevant developments in your domain including software enhancements, automation solutions, data management, etc.

  • helping ensure that tools integrate into existing and planned infrastructure

  • documenting, maintaining and challenging current and new HR business process workflows

  • being resolving user experience issues and providing training and technical support to end users

  • collaborating closely within the team to prioritise work and sharing best practices and knowledge

  • building and maintaining solutions for data quality

About you:

  • out-of-the-box thinker

  • detail and process-oriented

  • able to work in a dynamic organisation by balancing multiple priorities

  • able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams using good judgement

  • proficient in Excel and managing data

  • experience to manage a project from conception to completion

  • fluency in English; ideally also in Dutch and/or French.

  • strong phone, email and in-person communication skills;

  • experience with HR software is a plus (Workday, Eblox);

  • an understanding of the key HR processes;

  • the ability to keep sensitive information confidential;
