Our client is a strong actor of its sector and is looking for HR Manager.
The Job:
- Be the reference person for social legislation and regulations
- Be the person in charge of the HR department and regular contact with the exeutive committee
- Follow up workers’ documents and keep staff-related data up to date
- Manage benefits, timekeeping and payroll
- Maintain relations with the company’s external partners
- Manage workers’ schedules
- Use the Social Security portal
- Manage and monitor compulsory external training and refresher courses
- Drawing up a training plan and implementing in-house training courses
- Recruiting and sourcing new employees, drawing up job descriptions and scheduling interviews
- Administrative management of social clauses
- Provide the necessary support to complete the cycle of assessments and interviews (annual and periodic) and ensure administrative follow-up
- Hard and Soft HR
Your Profile:
- At least 10 years’ experience in human resources
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Excellent knowledge of social legislation
- Rigorous, organised, sociable, empathetic, patient, analytical
- Excellent organisational skills
- Challenger mindset
