We are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Officer to actively support the internal franchisor teams within the HR Team.

You will work in close collaboration with our People & Culture Manager and Chief Business Officer.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are looking for our next champion, a colleague to take the lead in her/his scope of action.

ONBOARDING & OUTBOARDING CHAMPION

• Prepare contracts for our future colleagues and make sure all administration is completed (e.g. insurance, meal vouchers & phone subscriptions)
• Coordinate the onboarding to make sure our newbies get a unique experience (prepare onboarding packs, communicate manager’s responsibilities, invite team members to Welcome breakfast, organize meetings with Management Team, provide tool accesses, ...)
• Make the HR onboarding presentations
• Optimize processes and employee experience when needed

PAYROLL & ADMINISTRATION CHAMPION

• SPOC to our social secretariat
• Payroll management
• First point of contact for our coworkers when it comes to leaves and payroll aspects Invoice management
• Order furnitures for the offices
• Postal service management

HR PROJECT SUPPORT CHAMPION

• Support our People & Culture Manager on recruitment processes
• Training subscriptions and logistics
• Punctually support our employer branding in collaboration with our Community Manager
• Make sure colleagues get attentions for their anniversaries or We Investian birthdays
• Organize team building activities ...

THE PERFECT MATCH?

• You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in an HR Officer role with a first experience with payroll and social legislation

• Result driven - you like to achieve your objectives
• Detail oriented - you are rigorous and have the eagle eye when it comes to spotting mistakes
• Solution oriented - you like to think there is no problem, just challenges to overcome
• Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly
• Proactive ownership - own your recruitment projects and topics from A to Z
• Fluency in English with a very good command of French and good level of Dutch
