Overview:
Kemin EMENA is searching for an HR Officer with Payroll experience. As HR Officer you will become part of the EMENA HR team and you will be held responsible for Payroll and Compensation & Benefits administration for assigned countries in the EMENA region .

Responsibilities:
As HR Officer you will have a variety of responsibilities with a focus on Hard HR such as:
  • Act as a first point of contact for the employees located in our Belgian facility and for the assigned countries in the EMENA region regarding: payroll questions, leave, time registration, comp & ben policies and processes,...
  • Fully execute the payroll and salary administration process for the assigned countries in the EMENA region.
  • Support with the Belgian payroll & salary administration;
  • Benefits administration and enrolment;
  • Assist in preparing package proposals, employment
  • Administer all HR ISO documents and HR Policies and processes
  • Provide support during key Comp & Ben processes,
  • Maintain all HR systems e.g. budget planning tool, employee database, time registration system,...
  • Act as a back-up (during leave periods) for the Compensation & Benefits Manager;
  • Execute all assigned tasks and processes in compliance with Kemin’s policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
The HR officer we are searching for is a person who is driven by people and for people, likes to work accurate, precise and in detail. Is a born multi - tasker and recognizes his / herself in the points below.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by Experience
  • Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably in HARD HR in an international environment;
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written) is required;
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel).
  • Discrete
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organization skills, recordkeeping abilities, and the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Likes to have a wide variety of tasks and is able to work deadline oriented
  • Driven and self-motivated personality, who is able to work autonomously and is a genuine teamplayer
