We are currently looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Leuven, who will mainly focus on soft HR. The main focus is on recruitment and selection. Next to this, this person will also focus and support Trainings, Performance management, Engagement & Internal Communication.

What is your mission?

  • A-Z responsibility for all vacancies in the Leuven office
  • Analyzing the business needs to clearly understand the needed profiles
  • Consulting the right recruitment channels to advertise the open vacancies, and collaborating with external agencies if needed
  • Screening the CV’s of candidates by the specific requirements
  • Stakeholder management: ensuring that both candidates & managers are satisfied with their experience
  • Interviewing candidates & send selection to the hiring manager
  • Negotiation of salary
  • Onboarding
  • Coordinate & organize in-house and external trainings
  • Take care of internal communication, conveying clear messages adapted to different audiences
  • Coordinate & organize in-house engagement surveys, including administrational follow-up and advising on action plans
  • Administratively support the HR department
  • Align on key HR topics with international colleagues

Requirements

  • Degree in Office Management/HR or equal by experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English
  • Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Open and honest person, teamplayer
  • Strong communicational and organizational skills
  • Positive person with a problem-solving mindset
