ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The payroll and HR administration, in close collaboration with our payroll office;
  • First point of contact for all HR questions, relating to internal procedures and regulations, employment, leaves, salary administration, etc.;
  • Management of the car fleet, in collaboration with the lease company;
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding;
  • Assistance with human capital projects (in line with own interest).

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have relevant experience in payroll administration;
  • You’re able to handle confidential information with care, while remaining friendly and approachable;
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch;
  • You are detail-oriented, a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
