As an HR & Recruitment intern you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team that is ready to help you transition smoothly from student to professional.

Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities

We will together compose your package of tasks, fully adapted to your interests. Below you can find some examples:

  • Sourcing of potential candidates using different sourcing channels
  • Identifying & screening of resumes
  • Participating in job fairs and internal events to attract potential candidates
  • Supporting the HR team with our onboarding procedures
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements

Your Profile

  • You are enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people.
  • You are studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Personeelswerk, Handelswetenschappen (HRM), TEW (Personeels- en organisatiemanagement), Communicatie Management, Communicatiewetenchappen, Psychologie (arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie)
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
