HR Talent Partner

The job

  • Take the lead in the recruitment process: from intake with the hiring manager, over sourcing, screening & interviewing, to onboarding the new talent.
  • Reinforce the employer brand of Vlerick by designing & executing a variety of activities (campaigns, fairs, internal branding,…).
  • Be in the driver’s seat for in a wide range of HR projects (leadership development, career management, wellbeing, DEI…).
  • Proactively monitor the training needs of the organisation, the impact of all L&D initiatives and act upon this.
  • Be the SPOC for developmental questions from the business (individual, team and organisation level).
  • Collaborate on working out inspiring company wide (HR) communications.

You

  • Have a master degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Link your enthusiastic drive to achieve results with the right dose of diplomacy and the necessary confidentiality.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
  • Have knowledge about recruitment, employer branding & social media.
  • Have a broad interest in talent management.
  • Love diversity and are eager to be in the driver’s seat of a wide range of HR projects.
  • Can work on our beautiful campus in Ghent, Brussels or Leuven in combination with your home office.
