working for AGC Europe S.A., the vehicle for the EU corporate functions in AGC Group and being part of an experienced HR Team.
We are looking for a motivated HR Training & Development Officer (M/F/D) for a 12-month period.
The mission will take place in Belgium.
The aim of the mission is to support the Talent Development Lead in ensuring a correct running of training related operational processes as well as collaborating with HR BPs and HRMs in Europe, and participating in special projects.
Responsibilities:
- You will prepare, organize and follow-up the training needs and sessions;
- You will consolidate the participants’ lists for all European sites;
- You will prepare and send the invitations to the participants;
- You will follow-up the participants’ enrollments;
- You will ensure the preparation of all logistic aspects (room booking, material etc.) and ensure a smooth organization during the training sessions;
- You will organize the training follow-up (evaluation feedback);
- You will cooperate with external providers, continually challenging them;
- You will maintain the data management and provide accurate reporting;
- You will update the learning catalogue on Sharepoint and communicate accordingly;
- You will contribute to digital initiatives and be proactive in bringing new ideas;
- You will improve and implement future effective training plans;
- You will support the Talent Development Lead on various international projects and initiatives.
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master in Human resources management;
- Excellent command of English, any other European language is a plus;
- Excellent organization skills;
- Proactive, self-driven and persistent;
- Service-minded and customer-oriented; team player;
- Practical approach and hands-on mentality;
- Comfortable to work autonomously in an international, diverse environment;
- Good (written and verbal) communication skills;
- Proficient in MS office and comfortable with HR systems.
