As a People Business Partner BeLux, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and management concerning all HR related matters. You will advise the business/accounts and assist them to implement the HR strategies, policies and processes. You will be part of the BeLux People team and will be working from the HQ in Diegem.

  • Ensure and facilitate the implementation of all corporate, regional and local HR procedures and processes (Ethics, Integrity, PeopleSoft, …)
  • Coordinate the on-boarding activities
  • Advise on any compensation related questions in line with company policies, e.g. incentives, annual merit review, car policy, …
  • Support all kinds of People Team projects such as merger/ acquisitions (32bis), employer branding, performance, reward systems, training; ...
  • Advise employees and management on local legislation
  • Build effective relationships with the HR Centers of Excellence / Account Directors as well as with leaders and employees in different parts of the business
  • Provide advice and guidance on any local concerns and escalate when appropriate
  • Site visits on monthly basis (after Covid-19)
  • Follow-up of the annual performance review process and the action plans when applicable
  • Advise on development plans and manage the relationship with suppliers for trainings
  • Monitor the application of terms and conditions in line with local legislation.
  • Responsible for internal communication
Profile
  • University degree combined with 5 years experience in a HR generalist role
  • Sound knowledge of Belgian/Luxembourg social legislation.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft/eBlox is a plus
  • Integer personality and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency, service and quality, aiming for partnerships
  • Drive for results - Being able to prioritize in a busy environment
  • Strong team player mindset
  • Strong communication skills: across the layers of the organization and across boundaries, in both oral and written communication
  • Broad analytical perspective
  • Good level of Dutch, Frenchand English
