Preparing iPhones in an MDM environment - Handing out iPhone to end-users with brief explanation on the functionality - Basic troubleshooting during roll-out process - Backup/Restore iPhone data Service Desk skills - Excellent communication skills - international/multicultural environment, communication conducted mainly in English - Basic Active Directory knowledge (reset password and other basic operations) - iPhone/iOS management in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Environment, preferable BlackBerry - Good VPN skills Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
