Our ideal candidate is someone spontaneous and outgoing who loves meeting new people and feels comfortable in the world of influencers. Additionally, commercial skills are important for discussing and negotiating budgets and contracts. We are also looking for someone who is bilingual.

Responsibilities

  • smooth casting & contracting of influencers in the context of campaigns for major clients such as Desperados, Telenet, Knorr, Zwan and many others.
  • You are the first point of contact and face to the influencer community, both on a Belgian and European level.
  • Since the creative team also often integrates (video) productions in our campaigns, you are happy to roll up your sleeves to supervise those productions in the right direction too
  • Post campaign, you collect all data in a clear overview and you are responsible for preparing final reports for the Account Manager

Qualifications

  • You can solve problems independently and continuously look for improvements
  • Your friends and colleagues know you as an enthusiastic person with an analytical mind and a proactive character
  • You are not too scared to call people and propose a collaboration
  • A smooth pen is a plus
  • You have a very good knowledge of English and French
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and preferably have experience in social media
  • You have experience in project/production management
  • You are also an Office aficionado
