•As ICT Service Desk Team leader, you organize and lead the ICT Service Desk team. You define the team’s objectives, establish the task schedule and distribute useful information within the company. You support, coach and motivate the members of your team, encourage their personal development and ensure continuous action.
•In addition, you participate in establishing and managing the team’s budget, you evaluate the services provided by the latter and ensure that they are used effectively. As a privileged point of contact for our customers (internal and external), you take care of negotiations with them and offer them the necessary support.
•You also ensure that the strategy defined by management is known and followed by all members of your team, thanks to close monitoring of their work.
•Finally, you develop a long-term vision, based on this strategy, and follow market developments. You also work closely with other teams.
•The mission will be confirmed until 31/12/2022 and then renewable by 3 months.
