Job Description

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of the inside sales team and optimizing commercial performance. Additionally, you will oversee your own region to stay closely connected to the market.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Coaching inside sales employees, with a focus customer excellen, training and monitoring KPIs
  • Improving sales and administrative processes in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Process Manager
  • Driving lead generation, positioning new products and fostering a proactive commercial attitude within the team, positioning new products
  • Optimizing and enriching CRM and ERP data
  • Serving as the key contact for communication between sales, logistics, and management
  • Monitors team performance and availability and makes adjustments when necessary.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Extensive experience in an inside sales role, including CRM usage
  • Proven people management skills and the ability to motivate and guide others
  • An analytical mindset and a structured approach to systems, processes, and KPIs
  • A good command of Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus

Additionally, you understand better than anyone how to foster effective teamwork and gain energy from creating support for change.
