Your daily to do

  • Translate technical insights into customer’s needs
  • Visit clients
  • Prospecting (by phone)
  • Visiting trade shows
  • Lift a young company to the next level together with the other awesome team members
  • And of course: enjoy the adrenaline rush after you’ve closed a deal

As a Business Developer, you

  • are able to identify business opportunities
  • are able to translate those opportunities to clear and calculated business cases
  • are a skilled salesperson: a hunter who knows how to seal the deal
  • are able to listen, and simultaneously know what you’re talking about: you’re not only capable of selling, but also performing a thorough analysis of a customer’s needs and offering tailored solutions
  • have the necessary technical knowledge to offer effective solutions, and the ability to assess the installation process correctly
  • can work independently, take initiative, and can set the right priorities for the company, all while communicating clearly and effectively
  • you anticipate on issues and/or possible problems, report these issues clearly and follow up consistently
  • have a notion of ICT
  • have a great sense of responsibility and are able to think along with the organisation
  • are not only eager to learn, but also a fast learner
  • are assertive and communicative, and don’t mind helping out others when necessary

Hard requirements

  • Driver’s license: B
  • Language skills: English. Dutch, French, and/or Portuguese are a plus
  • Experience as a business developer in Security or ICT is a plus
