You are responsible for a portfolio of English & Export customers. You are the first point of contact and are responsible for the cross departmental coordination of orders, both internally and externally, from order receipt until delivery of the product. You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues.

  • Being the first point of contact for external and internal customers and distributors
  • Communicating proactively and managing the follow up of lead times
  • Handling orders while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documents
  • After Sales customer support: credit checks, service complaints, product returns, ...
  • You act as a back-up for your colleagues
